Shipping policy

Delivery Time

All orders placed on www.joyharborz.com will be shipped out within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery time across the United States is 7‑15 business days from the shipping date. Delivery delays may occasionally happen due to carrier backlogs, bad weather, holiday rushes or remote areas, which are out of our control. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by logistics companies.

Shipping Fee Rule

  1. Flat‑rate shipping fee: $6.9 for all orders with a subtotal under $39.90.
  2. Free standard shipping for orders whose subtotal is $39.90 or more before tax and discount.

    We only provide standard ground shipping currently. Expedited delivery is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. You can track your shipment status with the provided tracking ID on the official courier website.

Undeliverable & Return‑to‑Sender Packages

If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, customer‑caused delivery failure or unclaimed parcel, the customer will be responsible for a new shipping fee for resending the items.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to US territories, PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
